Transformational Mentorship for Boys: Building Confidence, Character & Accountability

At our mentorship program, we focus on building confident, respectful, and self-aware young people. Every session is designed to challenge, educate, and empower boys and girls with real-life tools they can carry into adulthood.

Personal Self-Awareness & Confidence Coaching

With full parental consent, each child is privately recorded as they enter the event. This recording is used exclusively for one-on-one feedback sessions, where we:

  • Show them how they carry themselves

  • Offer advice on body language, posture, and self-confidence

  • Teach the art of eye contact and a strong handshake

These foundational skills help project confidence and maturity in all areas of life.

Extreme Accountability & Self-Reflection

If your child struggles to take ownership and it’s “never their fault,” this is a crucial part of the program. We challenge the young people to:

  • Reflect deeply on their actions

  • Understand how their choices affect outcomes

  • Embrace extreme accountability as a life-changing mindset

This promotes emotional intelligence and responsibility from day one.

How to Be Liked Without Changing Who You Are

Every kid wants to be liked—but we stress that authenticity and self-love come first. In this segment, we:

  • Teach how to be more approachable

  • Roleplay real-life scenarios on how to connect with others

  • Share social skills and likability techniques to help others feel comfortable around them

STI Awareness & Real-Life Consequences

While schools teach the basics of sex education, we dive deeper. We provide real-world insights into:

  • What it’s actually like to live with a permanent STI

  • How these decisions impact long-term quality of life

This approach promotes informed and responsible decision-making.

Respect for Women Starts at Home

This conversation gets personal, emotional, and real. We explore:

  • How young people treat their mothers/guardians reflects how they’ll treat future partners

  • The importance of respect, appreciation, and emotional awareness

We also remind them: “Your mum won’t be around forever—cherish her now.”

Choosing the Right Circle

“You are who you hang around.” We teach children to:

  • Assess the quality of their friendships

  • Understand how their peer group can shape their identity, values, and future

The Truth About Porn & Mental Health

We have open, age-appropriate discussions about:

  • How porn affects the developing brain

  • The long-term impact on focus, relationships, and confidence

We aim to replace these habits with healthy coping strategies and discipline.

Public Speaking & Communication Skills

Many young people fear public speaking—we help them conquer that fear by teaching:

  • How to organize thoughts and speak clearly

  • Strategies to present with confidence in school, interviews, or future jobs

Doomscrolling & Digital Addiction

We highlight the dangers of:

  • Endless scrolling and social media distraction

  • How much life is being wasted—and how to reclaim it with purpose

Breakups, Heartache & Emotional Resilience

Heartbreak is part of life, but we rarely learn how to cope. We guide them through:

  • Healthy ways to process breakups

  • Building emotional strength and resilience

Career Guidance: Apprenticeship vs. University

We give personalised career advice based on each boy’s goals, including:

  • Whether an apprenticeship or university path suits them better

  • How to stand out in job applications, especially for non-university routes

Ongoing Mentorship & Support

I build rapport with every attendee, offering continued support after the event. Following the session:

  • Parents receive a follow-up email with my contact details

  • Attendees  are encouraged to reach out anytime for advice or simply to talk

This isn’t a one-time event—it’s the start of a lifelong support network.
